I Can't Find My Pants

25 04 2010

Seriously. I think they’re in the laundry but I’m too lazy to go look, so I’m blogging with no pants. I am wearing underwear, though. I don’t want you thinking I blog commando, because…eww. Of course, now you’ve all stopped reading because you’re too busy vomiting. Let me know when you’re back.

Okay, then! Let’s move on (even though I’m still not wearing pants). Today I’d like to you to take a gander at a sign I photographed for you last week.

Let’s review, shall we?

Am I missing something?

Actually, I think the bakery has been owned by Argentinians for quite some time. I went in there once looking for European baking goodness, and instead found Latin American confections. The food was decent, but I felt deceived. At least now potential customers are put on notice by the extra banner.

i’ve seen this bakery before and i think the argentines bought it and just haven’t had a permanent sign made yet. also, what kind of map is this?

I think you’re missing the point. BAKERY: cookies, breads, rolls, cakes. . . Let’s not quibble about little details like geography!

But mom, if I can’t quibble, what am I supposed to blog about?

Totally know the family that owns it. Yep, totally from Argentina…They have moved locations in the past few years, they used to be next to Chuck E Cheese. Always, kept me entertained when I drove by. Something about a grinning mouse and a European bakery run by Argentinians.
